CB's & 1 CM hold central, behind the ball
Instructions
Main Option:
Free kick taker curls ball into the target area, behind the defensive line
4/5 time their runs to meet the ball in the target area and score
1/5 fakes their run, and breaks off to hold an the top of the penalty area
Second Option:
Free kick taker plays the wide runner, who plays a first-time ball into the target area
Same runs are made by the cluster of 5
