Instructions
- Players will aim to get 6 passes between player B and C by switching the point of attack
- Start with one touch bounces ( Player B with a ball and Player C with a ball. Player A goes back and forth)
- Progress to Bounce and open up while shoulder checking for a number
- End with a competition of switching the ball 6 times after bouncing and shoulder checking.
(1)
- Player in the middle runs straight towards player A
- Player B plays the ball to player A
- Player A bounces the ball back then swings hips open so chest is facing the cone (Like a bench)
2)
- Player A shoulder checks and calls out the number player C is holding up
- Player B passes to Player A's lead foot (closest to the target)
- Player B touches the ball from lead diagonally into the path of their opposite foot
- Player B passes the ball to player C
Exercise then flips starting at player C
Players are aiming to switch the ball between B and C 6 times
Coaching points
(1)
- Get in bend (Knees bent and body low)
- Find the line of the ball (directly in line of the ball and the player
- Foot to 90 degrees (Open up foot)
- Draw a line (Ball should bounce back directly from middle of foot to target

- Like a bench (Body shape should be facing where the ball should bounce out)
- Draw a line ( Middle of foot should be pointed towards where players first touch is going)
- Planted foot (point opposite foot to the target )
- Follow through ( Foot should contact the ball at 90 degrees and end up towards target)

Set Up:
- Thirty by thirty grid
- Two sets of pinnies
- Ten balls
- Four cones of the same color on the corners of the grid, four cones of a different color on the intercepts of the grid
- Five by five square in the middle
Instructions:
- Split the group into two, one team starts in the middle square with balls, other team on the outside of the square
- Players must pass the ball to a player on the outside, open up body shape, receive the ball with the closest foot to the inside small grid
- Players always have to dribble through the small grid.
Progression
- First to 5 passes win
- First 5 players to 5 passes play the first 5 players to 5 passes in the other group
Coaching Points:
- Body shape like a bench, (Open up to bounce the ball in the direction of the middle grid)
- Receive with foot closest to square
- Draw a line with middle of foot
- Shoulder Check

Set up:
Ball per player or two per ball
Instructions:
- Juggle up to 100 juggles.
- If ball drops, pick it up and start from the number you left off.
- Must alternate feet. Right to Left
Progression
- Play 2v2 Soccer Tennis
- One bounce allowed
- Three touches between partners
- No one touch allowed
Coaching points
- Keep ball below your knees.
- Hit the middle of the ball
- Always turn your body to be in line with the ball.
**Record how many times it takes you to get to 100. If you dropped the ball 15 time get it down one each time.

Instructions
1) Drops off to receive the ball like a bench then passes to player 2.
2) Receives the ball on the left of the cone and takes their touch past their blue cone to bounce with player 3 for a shot.
3) Bounces the ball back to player 2.
Coaching points
(1) Initiates exercise by dropping off cone
Like a bench (Body shape should be facing where the ball should bounce out)
- Draw a line ( Middle of foot should be pointed towards where players first touch is going)
- Planted foot (point opposite foot to the target )
- Follow through ( Foot should contact the ball at 90 degrees and end up towards target.
2) Player 2 checks off cone when Player 1 touches the ball.
- Time run and let the ball invite you in
- Laces = Lock your ankle and follow through (Draw a line from tongue of foot into the target)
- Inside = Open foot to 90 degrees and follow through (Draw a line from middle of foot to the target)
- Planted foot to the target
3) Drops towards net as one touches the ball, arrives towards cone as 2 touches the ball.
