Instructions:
Players work through a set passing routine before setting up the final player in line for a shot. After shooting the player joins the back of their group and everyone moves forward one space in the line. Alternate shots from each side. Activity should be fast paced.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of passing/sets,
- Communication (hands, Voice),
- Awareness of GK's position,
- Shooting technique,
- Power or accuracy?
- Be alive for rebounds.
Progressions:
- Play a 5 minute competition between two teams for most goals.

Coaching Points:
- Three lines of attack (Width, Depth, Length)
- Penetration as option one (Shot, pass, dribble)
- Possession as option two
- Angles of support (Can you make a triangle?)
- Distance of support (Can you make the triangle as big as possible?)
- Timing of support (as ball travels)
- Speed of thought and movement in transition
- Correct moment to apply the session topic
- Mentality to look to shoot when within range

Organization:
1. Players work in pairs and are 30 yards apart.
2. Cone with the ball on top is evenly in between the two players.
Instructions:
1. Players are looking to strike the ball to knock the ball off the cone.
Coaching Points:
1. Locking ankle on contact.
2. Placement of non kicking foot.
3. Stepping into and following through on shot.
4. Angled apporach to ball.
