Set-Up:
- Attacking players (red) start behind the goal.
- 10x20 middle area
- Defensive players start to the side of the goal with the GK.
Instructions:
- The attacking players look to go past the blue player who cannot leave the zone.
- If the attacking players breakthrough, the 2nd blue defender can come out.
- If the middle defender wins the ball the 2nd blue can make it 2vs2 and attack the goal at the other end.
Coaching Points:
- Decision Making: When to pass and when to dribble.
- What type of passes do players make? In behind? to feet?

Conditioned game
Organization:
- 2 GKs
- 4vs4 in middle zone
- 2 players from each team attacking/defending thirds
- 2 big goals
Instructions:
- The coach plays the ball in from the side and teams must make to passes before breaking into their attacking zone.
- The zone can be broken by a pass or a dribble.
- If a defender wins the ball they play back into the middle zone

- Speed of play
- What combinations can we use to create scoring opportunities?
- Width: do players stretch the field out?

Set-Up:
- 4 cones with 2-3 players on each cone plus 1 GK
- Each player on the red cones has a ball each.
Instructions:
- 1) Player dribbles up and shoots before turning to receive from player 2
- 2) Player 2 plays a give and go with one before shooting. After the shot player 1 and 2 runs around the orange cone.
- 3) As player 1 and 2 runs around the orange cone player 3 drives down the line and crosses in for 1 or 2 to finish.
- As 3 is driving down the line a blue defender applies pressure from behind.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of shot
- Quality of touch out of feet
- Do players time their runs when running around the orange cone.
