Players will be divided up into two teams, one starting on one side of the grid and the other team on the opposite side. The sequence will start with the defending player passing the ball to the oncoming attacking players. The player who passed the ball to start the sequence will step out with an additional defender and three attackers will join creating a 3v2. Players will be passing the ball into the goals to score points, if the defender wins the ball, they are trying to score on the opposite goals the attackers were going towards.
Coaching Points:
- First touch should be towards the defender
- Need a change of speed and direction to beat a defender
- Can the supporting player who doesn't have the ball be in a position to receive the ball at all times. Can they also be in a position to receive with their front foot.
- Is possible the ball carrier should dribble into the middle so they they have two passing options. This means that some players may need to switch positions (this can create an overload for the attackers).
- Don't always make the same run while supporting the ball, try an overlap or an underlap

Two even teams will be in the middle of the grid, with 2 players on the outside in the end-zones. The objective for the teams in the middle is to keep possession of the ball going from one end-zone player to the other. The team out of possession is trying to win the ball, once they have won the ball they are now trying to keep the ball going from end to end.
Progressions:
1. Once the ball has been passed into the grid by an end-zone player, they can no longer receive the ball back from that team.
2. It's still a point for getting the ball from one end-zone to the other, but if someone does something unique or gets themselves out of a tough situation with some skill they get an additional point.
Coaching Points:
- Make the field as big as possible, ensuring while in possession the team is providing width and depth which will open up space centrally.
- Every moment matters in the game. You can't do things randomly, have a thought behind what you do. This can't just turn into a dribbling game, dribble at the right time and bring your teammates in when you have brought defenders close to you.
- Whenever possible the player receiving the ball should attempt to go forward with their first touch. This is done by having open body shape so that they can see the majority of the pitch.
