Set-Up:
- 20x20 area divided into quarters.
- Two lines
- Ball starts with the GK
Instructions:
- Player in red makes a wide run and shapes their body to receive.
- The GK throws, rolls, or passes the ball to the red player.
- As the player receives the ball the blue player comes out to defend. The red has to break the line before turning to score on the big goal.
- If the blue player wins the ball they can also score.
- Red players can use the GK if they want.
Coaching Points:
- Body positions to receive: Side on, turn the hips
- First touch into space

Set-Up:
- 3vs3 or 4vs4
- Goals face away from each other and are positioned away from the by-line similar to hockey.
Instructions:
- This is a regular game with the goals just placed differently.
- The aim is to encourage players to move off the ball.
- The game can be end to end or teams can have the option of scoring in both goals.

- Quality of pass
- How do players receive the ball?
