3rd team on endlines, can be used as bumpers but can ONLY use head (no hands)
Rules:
Not allowed to run with the ball.
Can only score off header.

Setup:
12x12 grids (setup 8)
Activity:
Pass ball so that it makes an S around the grid.
Always start in the middle and then pop out opposite of the ball as the ball arrives.
Always receive far foot.
Always give advice with your pass.
Juggle back to the start after reaching the end.

2 teams (split into groups of 4)
Activity:
Team in possession must complete 3 passes in wide grid then tries to transfer ball to other wide grid
through central grid.

Teams of 4
Activity:
Each player must touch the ball and then serve it across to other team.
Ball must land in opposite grid (allow 1 bounce)
Ball cannot stop moving.

Activity:
Team scores by connecting 21 passes (blackjack).
