  • One player form A and B lines sprint out around the flag. First player around the flag receives a pass from the coach to score (coach roll, bounce, toss) with one touch
  • Then both Players A and B spring back around the flags and then prepare to receive a cross from Player 2
  • Then both Players A and B sprint around the flags again. The player that arrived around the flags second (las time) receives a pass from the coach (coach roll, bounce, toss) and they finish on first touch
  • Then both Player A and Player B sprint back around the cone and prepare fro a cross from Player 1
