pitch 50 x 35split into 6 sections from the start, the whole session will be delivered using this set up so no need to add or remove equipment until SSG.
warm up, utilising 4 of the sections, 3 (attackers) V 1 (defender) in three of the sections and 2 (attackers) V 1 (defender) in one of the sections (15 players total)
defender must tag attackers as many times as possible
coaching points - attackers lots of change of direction, drop the shoulder, get away from your man.
swap defenders every minute or so.
Add a ball, now attackers must keep possession of the ball by using lots of small passes and moving into space, 1 point is scored for every 3 successful passes, defender scores when they dispossess, again change the defender every couple of minutes.
