Super Hero tag.
1 person is the tagger, rest of players are super heros
Play tag/stuck in the mud.
When player gets caught, they shout for a Super Hero to come and save them.
Superhero must crawl through players legs to save them.
Progress
Same again however player must take ball with them and pass ball through players legs.

Gate Game
Equal number of gates to players.
Players move inside box, soon as you give a command, players must run through gate as quick as the can.
Add in movement they have to do as they get through the gate.
Add in ball, start to add in skills or turns.
Keep it light and fun, but add competition as well.

Get kids to be "fix it Felix". They make "houses" using small cones (stack cones on top of one another small side to small side)
Kids then swap to be "wreck it Ralph" go round and knock houses over.
Repeat process a few times.
Same game again but now add ball in as a "wrecking Ball"
