⚽Practice Organization

• A quickness training session
• We divided the stimuli into 3 stages(change of direction agility, quick feet coordination and single side balancing-running ability)
• Players execute 4 repetitions - 4 repetitions - 2 repetitions accordingly
• When every stage is fulfilled players take 1:30 minutes rest
• Stimulus provided to prepare the team pre-match(fast muscle tissues put into action)  

⚽Key Coaching Points

• Every stage needs maximal volition
• Players should not hinder upcoming player's run
• Players should distribute each repetition accordingly, one on each side
• We want small contact time while the players execute coordination
• At the first stage(COD agility, players much drive their feet deep next to the stick in order to minimize ground contact time), no multiple steps around the sticks
• All out sprint at each sprinting segment
• Motivation is expected from the coach
• All player pass as 1 group from every stage

⚽Session Outcomes

• The training session was accurate
• All players executed  their repetition at a very satisfying level
• This kind of stimuli will be provided with plethora of variations
