Instructions: 1) All Players with a ball and both perform a siccors and then shift to to run through the gates. Players both perform the Inside/Outsside Move before going through gates.
2) Opposed- One line of players each has a ball (attackers) while the defending line tries to prevent the attackers from going through the gates. Attackers must successfully perform a move or beat the defender to get through either gate.
Coaching Points:
Initial movement is always straight at defender. (so that defender doesnt know which gate attackers are going to go through, and allowing the attackers 2 options to attack)
Head up to see when defender takes the bait.
Quick change of speed and direction and Acceleration after successful move.
Progressions:
Players play for points.
Defenders can also get points to make it more competitive.
