Ball always starts with the feeder, the feeder if possible can play straight into the number 10.
A CM player loses his marker to get on the ball. If the pass is on play into the number 10, the opposite CM player makes a run off the shoulder of his marker to give an option to the number 10
One midfield player makes the run the other CM moves into a covering position just in case the move breaks down.
Strikers to start high to stretch the play, even if that is behind the Central defenders. When a passing opportunity comes up they explode into position. Making the run away to come short, If the 10 comes shorts the 9 edges on the outside shoulder of his defender to create more space for the 10. If the ball is coming from a wider area as above, can the 9 get in line with the 10 to enable the 10 to step over the ball and recieve the ball off the 9 (yorke and cole)
If the number 10 can recieve the ball on the half turn ( defender hasnt gone with him and put pressure on him) he can either play a 1-2 with the number 9 or go for goal himself.

The ball to the number 10 may not always be on, if the ball is passed into left CM player the right CM player offers a passing angle more central. He then passes into the number 10. If the number 10 is being pressuried from behind he can lay the ball off to the advancing left CM player who has made that run. The right CM player offers cover.
The CM player has a few options either to play a slide pass to one of the strikers who has made a forward run or to go himself. This is also an opportunity for the players to be creative in what combinations they may use.
All the runs made by the players need to be precise, CM makes his run as the ball is passed by the opposite CM player

The movement of the front two can interchange if the 10 comes into the space and is tightly marked, h couldthen spin out to leave space for the 9 to recieve on the back foot.
Additionally the movment of the midfield two can interchange based on the defenders. It is up the players to be creative during the session.

Attacking team (blue) 1-2-4-2
Defending team (white) 1-4-2-1
Wingers are included to add an extra variation in the attacking third. Wingers runs to be on the shoulder of opposition for balls to be played in between opposition CB and FB. When either a CM player or the number 10 get the ball in and around zone 14.
Watch for CM players playing wide during the game. The session is looking to play strikers early then play the wingers in between FB and CH so the winger has a goal scoring opportunity rather than trying to beat FB 1v1.
