1v1 to End Line
-Duration: 15min
-Intensity: High
Organization:
Area: each grid 10Wx15L
Equipment: 3 cone goals on ends (~3yds in length), soccer balls, cones
Players: All (limit to 5/6 per grid)
-Attacker must dribble through cones to score, make competitive (first Individual to 15 points wins).
-Defender(starts with all soccer balls) passes into attacker. Attacker must get past defender and dribble through cones with possession. If defender wins the ball they can score by dribbling across the opposite endline. 3 goals on end worth 1,2, and 3 points.
-Switch sides each time (defender will go behind attacking line/attacker will go in defending line.
Coaching Points/Key Concepts: attack with pace, engage defender (dribble at defender), Change of direction and acceleration, attack with outside of foot (pinky toe), big touches to attack space/small touches when approaching defender/big touches after defender is beat.
-Advanced: can touch on different moves but focus on change of pace first.

2v1 to End-line:
-Duration: 15min
-Intensity: High

-Equipment: Cones/Soccer Balls on both ends now
-Players: All (2v1 transition) 4 per team (can do 3 if players are familiar with game)
-Game starts with one defender coming into grid to defend 1 versus two.
The 2 attackers dribble and try to score by dribbling across endline with possession. After red gets scores or losses the ball out of bounds, 2 blues will attack quickly and try to score on other end. One red player must stay on the field to defend. If defender wins the ball they can score by dribbling accross opposite endline but then they have to stay and defend again.

Final Game 4v4:
-Duration:20min
-Intensity:Moderate/High
Organization:
-Area: 35Wx40L; 3 Goals on each end 5 yards off of end-line
-Equipment: 6 Pug goals/soccer balls/cones
-Players: All 4v4-5v5
-Attacking team must score by dribbling over cone line and finishing on one of the 3 goals. Defending team cannot stand in goal area unless attacker dribbles in. Play first to 3 and switch teams up.
Coaching Points/Key Concepts: Basic Dribbling principles, attack space, decision making/when to dribble/when to pass, dribble with pace, small touches when near defenders, protect the ball at all costs, be creative/use imagination, use body to shield ball, look up as much as possible/which goal is best to attack.
-Game focus on Dribbling to penetrate

Warm-Up Dribbling and Change of Direction:
-Duration: 20min
-Intensity: Moderate/High
Organization:
Area: 5-10yds from center circle
Equipment: 12 cones (6 center circle/6 outside circle), 1 ball per 2 players
Players all: Pair Up
Players on outside in pairs 8 yards apart
-1st player dribbles at cone and executes change of direction move and passes back ot their partner who dribbles at cones and repeats.
-Try to complete turn in two touches going North/South (2 touch)
1. Outisde of the foot turn (outside/outside)
2. Inside of the foot turn (inside/outside of opposite)
3. Cruyff (inside/outside of opposite)
4. Pull back (sole of foot/outside)
5. Hook turn. Use sole of foot to turn inside and immediately pass the ball (1 touch/advanced)
Coaching Points/Key Concepts:
Lean forward over the ball, Knees bent, relax body, balance, keep ball close, use both feet, change of speed and direction, look up as much as possible, outside of foot, 2 touches to turn (specific parts of feet for each turn), travel north to south, accelerate out of turn
