Set up use the center circle, or create a circle, place 1 less ball than players, every round

OBJECTIVE
players jog around circle doing butt kicks, skips, hops, high knees

coach blows a whistle, players sprint to middle grab a ball, dribble out of the circle .  

Player that did not get a ball, preform a series (10) of toe taps, tic tocs, then attempt to juggle.
