Explanation:
Coach plays ball out to one of back 4, the other 3 must cover and balance. Ensure sufficient comms.
Shooting Drill:

3 cones about 25 from goal. Wingers and subs on wide cones, ST and midfield in the middle.
Explanation:
Balls starts with wide players, play a 1-2 with middle player then put a cutback in for a first time shot. Rotate which wing starts each turn.
