Phase 2
Description: Ball will start from alternating red CBs. The high midfielder will depend on which side is receiving the ball first. This starting position will be pre-set before each rotation. Reds try to find any of the attacking pug goals. 6 cannot leave the diamond but also cannot be defended against until ball crosses one of the lines of diamond. Reds score double if they connect through the 6 first.
Greens win possession and go to any of their pug goals
Coaching points: Greens ceate defensive overloads in TZ1 initially and negative press into TZ2 if beaten centrally. Deny forward pentration at all times.

Phase 3
Description: Red start with the ball always from base of middle 1/3. Red 9 cannot move deeper than the line. Green CB cannot push up beyone line either. Any red may join in the final 1/3, only green defenders (2,3,4) may defend there once ball is played. If green win possession, go to goal as fast as possible. Unopposed in final 1/3. OFFSIDES IN PLAY FOR BOTH TEAMS
