2 Break down the structure of a defending team and add in attacking team to work on movement
3 Provide pressure on defending team in game by forcing quick attacks with time limits

Split group into pairs
1 ball between 2
Half a court
Coaching Points
1 with ball moves around court always facing partner
Partner must side-step to keep in front of them.
Stay on balls of feet while side-stepping
Hands up to block potential passes/ shots
Progressions / Adaptations
Move onto progression drill
One team around the semi-circle
other team faces partner
Focus on moving as a unit to close goal
