Set up: Triangle shape edge of area, players in 2 teams, 1 team spread out around the triangle, 2nd team back of goal.

Format: Players Pass ball around triangle for 3rd player shot, follow passes.

1 PT per goal scored. 2nd team behind goal can score pts for any high shots that are caught behind goal. Rotate after 3 mins. 

Progressions: Different passing combinations.

Move triangle wide & have to shoot from angle.
