Screen 1 (15 mins)

Set Up: 1 or two grids 10x15 yards. 4 Cones. 5 destination markers. Balls with the coach. A minimum of 6 players per grid.

Instructions:

* On coaches command, Player A will pass the ball to Player B, then Player A will move to the next cone at the other corner.

* Player B will take a touch off the outside foot & make the 2nd pass to Player C who advanced off his cone to the destination mark in front of them.

* Player C will take touch off the outside of their foot and make the 3rd pass to Player D who advanced to the destination mark in front of them. Player C then advances to the cone at the next corner.

 * Player D will take a touch off the outside of their foot and make the 4th pass to Player B who shifted over to receive the pass. Player D advances to the next corner.

*Player B will take a touch off the back foot & make the 5th pass to Player E who advanced to the destination cone.

* Player E then makes the 6th pass to Player F who advanced to the destination cone, and the process repeats.

Constraints: Switch directions to use opposite feet.

Progressions: Extend the length and add in give and goes. Add players or combine grids and add a second player in the middle and a second ball.

Focus: Opening up and showing for the ball. Movement off the ball. Use a lot of cone references to make players understand where should they be standing and clarify where should they move or show up at.
Use real situations and movements that will be used at the games. players must understand why, how and when will they face those actions.
Quality in the execution of the drills, a lot of communication and important to keep a good intensity with out the ball.
Dynamic drills, make players to participate and touch the ball a lot, rotate on a way they can use both of their feet always.
