Organization: Have equal amount of players in the teams. Have a few balls and a few cones to map out the field.
Instructions:
- 1 Team will start with the ball and pass the ball across to the other player and start defending. Each players will be able to score on each other if of course the defender disposes the attacker
Coaching Points:
-Observe attackers reaction
-Angle of approach side on
-force attacker where where you want them to go, away from goal, weak foot?
-patience when to step up
-Small little steps to unsettle the attacker

- Field size adjusted as needed
- Field split into 2 zones (or 3 zones if playing 3v3)
Instructions:
- 2v2 to goal, however players must stay in their zone both when their team has the ball and when their team doesn't have the ball
- Focus on creating 1v1 defending situations

players can only defend opposing player with their color
