Passing & Control Circle Drill
Players split into two, one half grabs a ball on goes on the outside of the circle the other players go inside the circle.
On coaches command the inside players must go round to different players and perform a skill back and then go back through the middle cones to go to another player, must not go round in order and go randomly around the circle. Ensure that they are only 5-6 foot away, no closer!
Make sure all players are on toes and change over after two goes.
P1 - ball on floor, one foot control, same foot return
P2 - other foot, same
P3 - control with one foot, pass back with another
P4 - ball in hand, volley back (make sure serve is good)
P5 - same other volley back (weakest foot)
P6 - chest and volley back
P7- header back
P8 - knee, pass back (volley or pass)
