Receiving and turning opposed (20 mins)
Set up
Continue to work in 3s, with 2 players starting on opposites sides of the square and 1 player working in the middle. The central player receives the ball in one half of the field and travels with the ball to the other half of the area to play out to his team mate.
Move on by turning one of the groups into defenders to apply opposition and challenge the receiving player to create space and receive in it.
The players around the outside must move to create a better angle of support to receive the ball from the central player.

Target Game (25 mins)
Set up
Target game to finish. One player from each team starts in the end zones as shown with aim of the game to keep the ball and move the ball from one end to the other. Players in the end zone can move to the next square to receive the ball to support the players in the centre.
Rotate the target players.
