Aim
To improve a performers consistancy at dribbling
Objectives
1 Introduce ball into warm-up to increase familiarity with the ball
2 Break down the parts of the dribble into it's basic components to highlight the important parts of the skill
3 Provide light pressure through quick repetitive drills and conditioned games
Equipment
16 Balls, 16 Bibs (8 yellow, 8 red) 50 cones (20 red, 20 blue, 10 yellow)

Set up to sets of cones.
one colour for each team.
Coaching Points
Hold ball in one hand
bounce the ball before 3 steps are taken
Bounce to waist height
Progressions / Adaptations
Start with right-hand dribbling
Move onto left hand
Add in cross body swift at each cone
Add in a competition (first team to finish, timed races)

dribble towards defender then shift weight to one side and drive past the defender.
