Progression
Players now pass the ball at speed and follow the pass, the player recieving the ball must take a controlled touch around the oncoming player and repeat this process. Players who follow the ball are encouraged to reach the player recieving the ball quickly but not to tackle just to block the direct pass forcing the player to take a controlled touched to either side of the player making it more realstic for the player.
