Organization:
1. Set up field as shown. Two cones set up 10 yards apart (can be moved further or closer depending on age and skill level)
2. Players form teams of two with one ball per group
3. Additional balls if needed
Instructions:
1. Player 1 from a team passes the ball to their teammate.
2. Player 2 has one touch to receive the ball with the instep of the foot and get it as close to the cone as possible.
3. Opposing team takes then takes their turn.
4. The team with the ball closest to the cone gains a point for their team. The team who wins the point plays the ball first in the next go.
5. Teams continue rotation until the allotted time has expired. Teams will then rotate grids to play a new team.
Coaching Points:
1. Receive with furthest foot from the ball
2. Receive with the toe pointed up and ankle locked
3. Angle ofapproach – center
4. Supportingfoot is next to the ball pointed at target
5. Headup observe your target
6. Contact ball - middle
7. Contact foot - inside
8. Follow through towards target with striking foot remaining open throughout
9. Bodyweight over the ball
Progressions:
1. Move the cone further away from each other.
2. Allow players to play a flighted ball.
3. R - Move players close to each other.
4. R - Allow players to have more than one touch when receiving the ball (2 touch max)

Organization:
1. 40x30 area set up as shown (7 triangles set up)
2. 15 players, 8 players with balls
3. 7 players start inside the triangles without a ball, ready to receive
Instructions:
1. Players dribbling around the area try to pass the ball into a player waiting in the triangle, then take their place as the player inside the triangle.
2. Receiving player attempts to receive with the inside of the foot and leave through the other side of the triangle.
3. If a player's pass does not go into the triangle, the player must retrieve the ball and keep playing.
Coaching Points:
1. Inside fo the foot to pass and receive
2. Ankle locked, foot and knee opened to the ball
3. Head up to observe your open teammate
4. Receiving players must call for the ball
5. Do not play a pass to a player who is not looking at you (eye contact)
Progressions:
*Points individual for tosses. Points for teams
1. First start with throwing the ball
2. Points for each successful pass
3. Recieving one side play out another side
4. Add semi-opposed pressure when leaving the triangle for recieving player
5. Add fully-opposed pressure following pass if ball is stolen before they leave the triangle the player recieves a point
6. Add defenders (4) 'it' players. If player's ball goes out of bounds or is stolen, that player becomes 'it' player safe inside triangle

1.40 x 30 yard area set up as shown
2.12 players (4 Attackers, 4 Defenders, 4 Targets players (2 each team)
3.1 ball (Additional around the outside)
Instructions:
1.Teams score by getting the ball to their target player in the end zone
2.The target player must control the ball in the end zone to score the point
3. Once point is scored the target player must play out to the other team
4. Target players are not allowed outside the end zone
5. Defenders are not allowed inside the end zone
6. If the ball goes out, play is started with a kick in

4. Weight and accuracy of pass
5. Disguise your pass

1. P – Two touch
