Organization: 7v4 in shaded box, "outlet" wingers in side boxes. Red tries to complete 10 passes (2-touch limit). If Blue wins ball, they immediately play to outlet wingers and go to goal. If Red takes too many touches (3+), coach plays a new ball to outlet wingers and Blue tries to go to goal. Red must Recover to lower shape and get Compact. Once released blue can play anywhere. 1 Point Red if 10 passes. 1 point Blue if goal.
Coaching Points: Don't let the ball get out. Objective: Recover-Delay-Compact.
Rhyme: Set the line even with the ball if it is outside the "zone". No matter how far you are, Recover fast, don't be last. Goalside is where you belong, get Compact, stay strong. Near the ball in play? Press outside to Delay.
