1v1 Warmup - Triangle, live 1v1
Instructions:
- GK checks to receive pass from S1 wide
- GK finds the mini goal
- GK moves in line with S1, S1 passes to S2
- S2 dribble 1v1 at GK

1v1 Situational - receive, play, 1v1, plus
Instructions:
- GK checks to receive pass from S1 wide
- GK finds S2 at the top of the box
- S2 will now play to either S3/S4 that are checking away from the Mann.
- Who ever receives pass from S2 goes 1v1 at GK
- After GK deals with 1v1, They will reset in line with S2, S2 plays ball to the opposite server S3/S4
- this server now plays it back to S2 for a one touch finish
