Method: Games and Running 4o minutes
Details:
3 teams
1st round - 2 teams playing for 4 minutes, the pitch area is mad slightly bigger than normal to make harder. Other team doing shuttle runs 30 sec on/30 sec off for 4 minutes. 1 minute rest in between
2nd round - Matches are 3 minutes. Shuttle runs 30sec on/off for 3 minutes. 1 minute rest in between.
3rd round - Matches are 2 minutes. Shuttle runs 30 sec on/off 3 minutes. 1 minute rest in between.

Warm Up
Method: Warm Up 25 minutes
Details: Triangle technique based warm up
2 players with the cone in the middle are servers. The player on his own is working and moving side to side. Each player works for 1 minute . They will be given loads of different techniques to work on e.g. 1/2 around the cones, receive with outside the foot/pass with inside and receive with inside/pass inside etc....
There is also stretches and movement mixed in throughout.
