Race Track
Group Size: 12 - 15 Players
Duration: 12 Minutes
Organization:
30 x 25 yard area. Everyone has a ball, players dribble around the "race track".
Coach dribbles arond and imitates a car on the track (noises). 1st gear - slow; 4th gear - fast; Breaks - stop. Be animated and make car noises

Awareness; Movement education; Repetition of ball touches; Balance; Eye - foot coordination

Stuck in the Mud
Group Size: 12 - 15 Players
Duration: 12 Minutes
Organization:
30 x 25 yard box. One player without a ball is the tagger, all other players have a ball.
If players get tagged they hold the ball above their head and say "stuck in the mud".
To become unstuck another player must kick the ball through "stuck players" legs.

Movement education; Social skills; Balance; Eye - foot coordination; Decision making

Organization:

Teams play 3 v 3 inside the box with no goalkeepers.
Sit back and watch them play...NO COACHING!
Let the kids play and learn to love the game. 4 x 5 minute games with one minute water breaks in between games
