Organization:
The same grid as before with 4 scoring zones in the corners and one in the center, two teams of 4 with one ball for each team.
Instructions:
-Teams get a point everytime a player dribbles into a scoring a
zone (takes a dip in the pool) and turns out. *players are not
allowed to pass to a player who is standing in a scoring zone*
-Play until "x" amount of points or a timed game. Most points wins.
-Can not score in the same 'pool' twice in a row.
Coaching Points:
-Choose a scoring zone where there is space to exit after you enter.
-Can the turn you choose get the ball rolling in the direction you're going next.
-Eyes up and accelerate after exiting the scoring zone to find the next option (dribble, pass).
Progressions:
-You must exit the pool on the same side you entered.
-Smaller pools.
-Reduce the number of pools.
-Must take a dip in the center pool after each dip in the corner pools.
Regression:
-Every player has a ball and plays individually.
-Make the pools bigger.

Organization:
Two groups one with balls in their feet, and one goal at each end of the area.
Instructions:
The defender make a passe to the attacker and go prevent him from scoring, if the defender wins back the ball they can score in either goal.
Coaching Points:
(1). Identify location of defender- coming straight on? 2 options left or right.
(2). Identify speed of the defender. Coming fast? Quickly break out of middle third to use their momentum against them. Coming
slow? Take a smaller touch toward them to commit them to the ball, then break away left or right to beat them.
(3). What if? Defender closing down and going to deny shot? Turn and go the other way.
(4). Protect ball- where do I keep the ball based on where the defender is?
(5). Take away touch. Direction and speed?

2. One team attempts to score in goals labeled (A) and the other in
the goals labeled (B)
3. If the ball leaves the area the game is restarted with a kick-in
4. Play for a set time period
Coaching Points:
1. Recognize defenders blocking off the goal you want to go to.
2. If we can't go through them, let's try to go the other way.
3. Communicate to my teammate "MAN ON!" to let them know they are under pressure.
4. After turn- quickly identify next action.
5. Protect ball if closed down again. Nothing wrong with playing a pass into space or dribbling into space.
