Activity:
- Rotate teams after 5 yellow attacks or 2 minutes.
- 5v4 (+1 or 2 teams on deck)
- Target team (Yellow): #'s 6, 7, 8, 10 & 11
- Opposition team (Black): #'s 5, 6, 8 & 10
- Yellow #6 must have at least 1 touch before they can score.

- Opposition team (Black): #'s 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9

INTENSITY: Moderate ACTIVITY TIME: 90 secs REST: 45 secs INTERVALS: 8
Activity:
- 5v0 Pattern Play to 2 small goals (2-3 teams of 5)
- Both teams #'s 6, 7, 8, 10, 11 play through each other (both teams play the same pattern as diagrammed).
- Have a server per team. Serve the ball into the #6 to start the play and after each goal is scored.
- #6 should get at least 2 possessions in the build up & all other players should get 1 prior to scoring.
