1. Push Ups
2. Sit ups
3. Leg extensions
4. Skipping
5. Burpees
6. Lunges
1 Player works for 30 seconds while his teammate rests for 30 seconds. After both have worked for 30 seconds, they must move to the next station in a clockwise direction.
Each station must be completed 3 times to complete 3 rounds.
2 minutes rest between each round must be given to players.
COACHING POINTS
100% work rate required.
Execute correct form with all exercises.
Only stop once 30 seconds have expired.
