Organization:
- Groups of 3 Players with 1 ball
- Distance can vary (20 - 45yrds) based on age, and what type of Long ball is desired
- Player B plays ball to A and gets it back first time to play long ball to player C, player B then goes to support player C and the sequence repeats.
- Should all be 1 touch except receiving the long ball
- Can give points for driving the ball in the air and receiving out of the air before it hits the ground
- Rotation A-B-C-A
Coaching Points:
*Good layoffs in front of player 2 to step into
*Strike long balls for distance with laces and locked ankles
*Active Footwork by player 2 to set up and get balance for long ball

Passing challenge;
Teams of 5, look to achieve as many passes in there group during a 60 second window.
Punishments for the team who achieve less passes.
PROGRESSION;
Put two teams together and ask them to achieve the most passes they can in a three minute period, swap roles after 3 minutes.

- Coach rolls the ball into player 1.
- As the ball is rolled in, 1 must control and pass, while player opposite player to him will pressure quickly and early. Player 1 can pass either left or right and will join the queue on the opposite side.
- As the ball is mid-roll, next player should already be moving to pressure.

Full back/winger will make a charge down the wing, with the opposition full back a yard behind, having to make up the ground and defend the angle.
Attacking player, must take on the full back and break into the box, into space, or make an offensive pass. Two players centrally will out number the centre back who must make a decision and react to the play.
Marker for strikers is a command for the players to communicate a crossover of runs to lose the centre back who will only enter the field of play once they reach that cone. If Full back is beaten at the side, wide player can attack/shoot.
