Rules and Conditions
Multi-Directional. Teams to play into through midfield (2v2+2N) to either final third where team will go 2v2+N. To score, players have to receive the ball inside or dribble into the scoring zone.
Progressions
Remove Neutrals in final third to create 3v2 and add direction.
Remove Neutrals in middle third to create 3v3

Rules and Conditions
Begin 3v2. GK to play to three who attack opponent's goal. Once the attack is dead (score, ball out of bounds or defensive interception) the defenders attack. The 2 defenders from the previous phase are active with one more forward player joining the game. The three previous attackers drop out and 2 new players come in as defenders.

60x74 yards with a goal at each end. Markers to indicatewidth of penalty area. Split area into three (30:10:40). Middle area is safe zone for attacking three to drop into.

Rules and Conditions
10v8. Play directional. Attacking team to make 3 passes in defensive third. Once 3 passes made, attacking team break out of defensive third and attack opponents goal. Can use safe zone. Safe zone rules: cannot stop moving; maximum 5 seconds inside; only 1 attacker at a time allowed inside. When ball is dead, start with offensive GK.
Progression
Play 9v9 (4v4+GK : 2v2 : remain 1v1 in wide areas).
Remove safe zone.
