Organization:
Players work in groups of 4's in 20x25 yard grids
2x 2 yard gates on each end line 10 yards apart
2 x Big (Tall) cones in center of opposite gates
1 Ball per player
Instructions:
Players must start in blue gates and finish through red gates after completing move past big/tall cone.
Players then rotate around to next blue start gate in their grid and repeat using other foot to dribble and execute move.
Coaching Points:
ROLL
-Take the ball inside the opponents tackling radius
-Drag the ball across the body with sole of the foot
-Take the ball past the defender with inside of the opposite foot
ROLL STEP
-Drag the ball across the front of the body with sole of the foot
-Step over the top of the ball with the opposite foot
-Carry on in the same direction as the ball
Shorter and sharper touches on approach to cone.
Look at cone or even beyond it into space behind on approach.
Speed/timing of move execution
Increase speed once past cone
Cut in behind the cone once past it and go quickly through red gate.

Organization:
Same as previous but big/tall cone removed
Instructions:
A passes to B and applies slow partial pressure once B takes his 1st touch by walking/jogging straight towards him.
B then dribbles at A and performs a move to beat him at the correct moment then accelerates through the opposite gate/away from defender.
A and B then both turn to face each other again now in opposite gates and the rotation is repeated.
Coaching Points:
Head up looking at defenders pressure on attacking defender
short/sharp touches on ball
Timing of move execution
Cut in behind defender and accelerate away
Vary your moves to be unpredictable

Organization:
-3 areas of 20x10 set up as shown
-5 yard scoring zone where defenders cannot go into
-3 groups of players
-3 Pugg goals
Instructions:
-Players placed in groups depending upon skill level
-Individual competition between players of each group
-Player at front of line tries to beat defender staying within zone and score to gain a point for him/herself.
-If goal is scored/ball goes out of play/ball is won by defender that 1v1 game is over, the attacker becomes the defender, and the next attacker comes into field to try and score.
-If player uses a moves successfully and scores, they gain 3 points.
-Player from each group with most amount of points wins.
Coaching Points:
-Good positive first touch
-Controlled approach
-Observe defenders position
-Attackers defenders front foot
-Execution of move
-Take touch back across the defender and accelerate away

Balls placed all around fields for quick restarts
4 team tournament, 3 points for win, 2 for tie, 1 foir loss
'X' amount minute games
Everyone plays each other once in group stage, followed by the Campionship game and 3rd place game.

Organization:
Players with a ball each in a 30x20 yard (open) grid.
Instructions:
The Coach will inquire, with his players, about the dribbling
characteristics of three of the top players in the world: Messi, Xavi
and Ronaldo. The Coach will use these three players to paint the
picture and build the foundation for each player to learn.
Coaching Points:
Painting the Picture of each one of the player's characteristics:
* MESSI: Head up looking to get into the gaps using small, quick
touches with the Pinky Toe (outside of the foot).
* XAVI: Head up to recognize when there's no gaps/space, then
change of direction (12 o'clock to 6 o'clock), ball comes out of your
feet, and then head and eyes up getting into the new space.
* RONALDO: Head up to see when there's a lot of space in front of
you, then big touch to accelerate and get your head/eyes up and
attack the space.
