ORGANIZATION:
1 ball for each group of 3 players & 1 for 2 players .
1 In the square and 2 outside at 10 yards from each other.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Play starts from one of the outside players, the player plays a pass into the middle player, who turns using a specified turning technique and plays to the other player, while still inside the center zone.
2. Use the approprite surface to control the ball.
3. Play for a set amount of time and then switch the middle player
4. Make a competition by adding points for each successful turn:
COACHING POINTS:
1.Use the right surface to pass e the ball, inside foot: push pass.
2.First touch to stay sighly to the ball.
3.Head up for the next action
4. Push pass for outside players
5. Angle of approach and rotate your hip.
7. Head up and look at your target.
PROGRESSION:
1.Receiving with the less strong foot.
2.Receiving with the thigh
3.Receiving with the chest.
4. Add pressure by adding defenders.

Organization:
2x15X20 yards of area.
2x6 players
2 puggs goals.
Instructions:
Player A pass to player B, B make a back pass to A and A pass to C , C play to D.
Players have to follow their pass.
Rotation: A become B, B to C and C to D.
Coaching Points:
1. Check in , check away. Check over your shoulder before receiving the ball.
2. Push pass: Turn out the foot. Follow throuth the ball.
3. Create an angle of approach.
4. Runs according a distance of play ( 10 - 15 yards) between the passer and the receiver.
Progressions:
P1: Add a defender in the center to create 3v1.
P2: Overlap : B makes a inside back foot control to create space for A behind him and A runs
in this space created. B to C and C to A , A to D.
P3: A have to finish.

Instructions:
Coach call out 2 players: 1 and 2 for example: 1st number get a ball and the 2 nd create space and is the receiver.
After 2 touches, the passer must make a pass.
Players have to make minimum 2 passes before scoring.
Coaching Points:
1. Check in , check away. Check over your shoulder before receiving the ball.
2. Push pass: Turn out the foot. Follow throuth the ball.
3. Create an angle of approach.
4. Runs according a distance of play ( 10 - 15 yards) between the passer and the receiver.
Progressions:
P: 3v3: Make 3 passes before scoring.

3. First touch into space, use first to set up next action.
4. Early communication when receiving.
Progressions:
1. Making 10 passes in 30 seconds and indicate the best group.
2. Adding a second ball.
3. 2 touches for 2 and 4 and 1 touch for 1-3-5 and switch after 4 mins.
4. 2 x 4v1 and the attackers can win point if they make 4-5 successive passes.
