Organization: Have 3 mannequins/tall cones. Have cones evenly spaced apart. Each section should have 4 players. 2 behind each disk. The objective will be to have repetition and plenty of activity.
Instructions: Now making semi passive by adding obstacle. Driving towards opponent, performing breakdown of push/roll:
1) Identification of 1vs1 (space behind defender)
2) Positive 1st touch (drive at defender, makes it easier to unbalance defender)
3) Awareness of next action (where is the goal, space, teammates, covering defenders)
4) Timing of execution of move based upon space between you and the defender
5) the ball (put body between defender and ball)
6) Quality of end product
7) Push the ball to one side of the opponent with outside of the foot
Coaching Points:I want to encourage the above points, then talk about acceleration afterwards.

Organization:
2 boxes. One made up on outside, one smaller in inside (As shown)
6 players with a ball, 6 without.
Instructions:
Looking to drive into box, perform push & run, then drive back out of box and pass the ball to a player who is free on the outside. Continious. This puts them under more pressure than last drill as they will have to be aware of factors such as space, other players and cones.
Coaching Points:
