ACTIVITY 1 (10 mins)

Half of the field size with dog ears

Set up: 1 big goal vs. 3 mini goals

5+1Gk vs. 5

Red team starts with the ball everytime game resets. No throwins, no corner kicks.

Creating the scenario that the opponent created against us a day ago in the last leagues game and painting the picture for desired behavior.

To start, opponent makes dummy runs in order to receive the ball.

To create the same scenario, both team's midfielders start with zone restrictions. After creating the scenario, zone restrictions will be removed and players will be observed to make sure there are no behavior changes

Keeper receiving the ball is the cue/trigger for defensive line to push up

Player Actions:

#2-3 dribbling forward and wide in order to receive the ball and start the transition from defense to offense

#4-5 pushing up the defense once #2-3 receives the ball facing to the opponent's half and closing the gap between midfielders in order to take countermeasures.

#6 delaying the opponents attack by covering the passing angles between 2 midfielders, forcing the midfielder who has the ball to wide areas to create 2v1 with the support of #2-3

Measurement of success:

Number of pushing up after an interception or tackle
