6v6 or 6v4+2 blockers
Players keep possession in grid, orange tries to play ball through any 2 sides in square area in middle, if successful team gets 1 point. If orange loses possession then blue becomes team with ball and orange sends 2 in as blockers as well. Teams will try to unbalance defense by playing passes with disguise, off ball movement, playing ball with speed and switching play. Look to play through channels when possible, play short then play long etc.
