2 lines - coach with multiple balls -- 15 min
Coach will be rolling the ball as the player runs toward the box -
Coaching Points -
1. Technique - proper contact - shoe lace, which part of the ball
2. Placement of the ball
3. Body weight leaning forward

PASS-RECEIVE-- SHOOT-- 15 min
1. Group "A" players pass to Group "B" players.
2. Group "B" players lays off to Group "A" players.
3. Group "A" players dribbles to top of the box and finish.
4. Group "C" players shoot into mini goal "D" and go to station "A" (Run #1)
Group "C" players shoot into mini goal "C" and go to station "A" (Run #2)
Player Rotation - Group A shoots then go to station B --> B lays off to A and go station C ---> shoots into mini goal D (run#1) /mini goal C(run#2) ---> then go to station A
Coaching Points -
1. Quality receiving for "A" players after taking off explosively.
2. Quality prep touch before striking into the goal.
3. Placement of shots - pace and direction based on GK positions.
4. Accuracy into mini goal "D" or "C".

15 min - 1v1 to finish
Coach plays the ball inside lined "red" zone for players to win the ball.
Groups of 6 - Group A, B, and C - rotate after 6 rounds of 1 v 1
If we have the whole field with GK group, group C will not be necessary - just break the group up into two groups.
Coaching Points -
1. various ways to win the ball
2. KEY - "quick" release into the goal
3. reduce unnecesary touches

Wrap Up - 5 min
Review - reemphasize main points of earlier exercises.
If time left, all players can take one more shot at place of their choice (top of the box) - one shot at a time! :)

Warrm Up - Dribble-Shoot (10 mins)
Dribble and shoot - warm up - 10 min
Group A&B -- Dribble through the cones - when you get to just inside the box, take a shot into the goal.
Group D&C - Run back towards the flag and dribble toward center flag and shoot into a mini goal.
Player Rotation - Group A ---> to Group D---> to Group B---> to Group C--->to Group A
Coaching Points -
1. Keep the ball close to cones while dribbling (tight cuts).
2. Use inside and outside of foot to make cuts.
3. Quality prep touch before finishing.
4. Adequate power
5. Placement of shots depending on goalie movement - be able to read his movement and anticipate before shooting.
