Organization
Create 3 or 4 squares with cones roughly 6-7yds apart.
Ensure ample room between squares for safety.
3-4 players per square, each with a ball
Activity
On coaches command, players will dribble around the outside of their square attempting to catch the player in front. Run the activity at pace for 1 minute, stop and change direction at coaches call.
If a player is tagged from the player behind or loses control of their ball away from their square,
they will enter the middle of the square and alternate between 10 toe taps, and 10 bells until the next repetition.
Players earn a point for everytime they are able to catch player in front.

Organization
Create a series of boxes approx 10x12, with a field line or cone marking half.
Activity
Players verse each other 2v2 for a time (approx 2 mins), scoring points each time they dribble past opponents base/goal line. After time has expired, switch partners by shifting players to the right. The other side stays.
Keep track of wins to crown the Queens
Coaching points:
Focus is on when to pass and when to dribble. Can they freeze defender by dribbling directly at them. Can they use speed, footwork, creativity to beat defender. If attacker doesn't have space, are they able to pass/shield/protect ball.

Dynamic Warm-up - Without Ball, various warm-up exercises led by captains.
Proceed into TAG TEAM LINK - 2 players are 'it' - As they tag their friends, they link arms and tag together until the last person is touched.
With Ball - Coach calls out various ball skills while dribbling with their heads up, being aware of their space. Changes of Speed, changes of direction, various ball skills performed in the space.
