Add a small goal into the middle of the bigger goal.
Explanation
* Each player (Red, Yellow) will have a ball
* Player will dribble past the 3 poles and turn towards the gate
* Player will dribble through the gate, into a burst of speed and shoot
* Player will return to the back of the line
* Aim to have 2 going at the same time or 1 after the other
Dribbling pole mechanics
* Player should start into the dribble using their laces picking up speed* Player should use the inside or outside depending on strongest foot to turn towards the gate
* Player should with a burst of speed go through the gate and prepare to shoot
* Player should keep an eye on the ball, ensure standing foot is in line with the ball, kick through the middle of the ball
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
1st Progression: Add 1 defender behind the blue cone and will press the red and yellow dribbling players making it 1v1 or 2v1 in some cases.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Challenges: scoring in the large goal is 3 points, scoring in the small goal is 1 point
Challenges: Encourage player to shoot with their weaker foot

Explanation
* Red player with the ball will dribble to the blue flat or cone
* Yellow player at the same time will sprint towards the 3 poles
* Red player will need to pass the ball to the yellow player without hitting the cones
* Yellow player will control and dribble down the line and cross
* Red player will run around the gate and sprint into area ready for the cross
* Red player to score
* Switch after red team have had 2 rounds of scoring
Dribbling pole mechanics
* Red player should start into the dribble using their laces picking up speed towards the blue flat* Red player to stop the ball, ensure pass is accurate between the poles
* Yellow player to take the touch bringing it under control and burst into a sprint ready to cross
* Red player to sprint around the gate (pole) into the box
* Yellow player to look upto see where Red player is and cross
* Red Player to score
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
1st Progressions: Yellow player, instead of taking the touch, take the ball into their stride knocking the ball forward
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Challenges: Scorers should be challenged to score with their weaker foot
Challenges: Powerful crossers should be challenged to cross it high and not along the floor

Dribbling
Explanation
* Red and Yellow players will line up against each other for initial race
* Players will dribble towards to 3 poles and navigate between them
* Player will dribble towards the yellow cone, dribble around it and dribble back and pass off to the next player to start
Dribbling pole mechanics
* Player should start into the dribble using their laces
* Player should be encouraged to use different areas of their feet navigate between the poles, outside of their foot to move outwards. Inside of their foot to come back in.
* Player should continue towards the yellow cone using their laces ready to loop the cone
* Player shold continue using their laces to dribble ready to pass off to the next player
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
1st Progressions: Player to dribble using their weaker foot
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Challenges: when attacking the yellow cone, instead of looping it, perform a "Pull back" or "The Stop and Turn"
