2v2 game (+1 for winning team after 5 seconds). 10 minutes plus forfeit time.
Split into two groups, place one at the winners end and one at the forfeit end. The winning end always starts with the ball and attacks the other goal. If they score, they return to their own end, if the other team wins they replace the winning team at the winners end. And so forth with new players. No goals after 45 seconds, players swap ends.
Game is played for 5 minutes. After which, the players at the forfeit end must do a forfeit: 10 halfway sprints anc back.
Progression for game two: After 5 seconds, the winning team may request the help of a teammate to create a 3v2. However, all three players will then go to the forfeit end if they conceed a goal. No goals after 45 seconds, players swap ends.
Play for another 5 minutes. Same forfeit.

Winner stays on. No goals after 2 minutes, both off.
Waiting team = recovery, second waiting team = burpees/mountain climbers (make sure they do them!!)

5v2/6v2 rondos in a 10x10 area (two areas). 10 minutes.
Rules: Person who makes mistake + person who passed to go in the middle (or if a misplaced pass, the person to the left)
Attacking emphasis: angles of support, help your teammate! Anticipate pass and move in anticipation (even if the pass is not for you, but foor your neighbour)
Defending emphasis: show the direction that limits the options, second player then closes quickly and arcs run. Don't get split! If they do (5x knees to chest), nutmeg rule appplies (stay in for one more turn).
