Instructions:
The Player starts to the right of the first cone , they then dribble in a figure 8 pattern without touching any of the cones using both feet...
Scoring :
The Player has 45 seconds to score as many points as possible, a complete figure 8 counts as 4 points. Every cone they pass counts as 1 point so if they get 2 complete figure 8's and time is called when they are rounding the top cone they receive a total of 10 points.

Speed dribbling 30 yards 3 attempts best time is recorded.
Coaches will initiate the start. Players will cover 30 yards as quick as they can with the ball at their feet, they will quickly round the top cone and dribble back through the starting gate, the coach will be counting the time outloud and the players will be responsible for knowing when they cross the start.

Split teams into 2 teams add neutrals if needed and play for the remainder of training.

Test 1 Juggling
Juggling test
Let the players get some touches on the ball and also get some practice juggling.
The Players will have 3 attempts. each of the 3 attempts will consist of 60 seconds with a 30 second break inbetween.
The players attempt to see how many consecutive juggles they can achieve. It is not cummulative it is how many in a row they can achieve.
