Instructions:
- Blue player dribbles forward to the yellow cone and can now finish on goal
- The process is repeated by the red team to continue the game

- How does the defender recover? At Speed? At an Angle
Regressions/Progressions:
- P: First to ten wins

Organization:
- 2 fields
- 6 cones for each field
- Balls on each cone on the outside
Instructions:
- 3vs3 or 4vs4 depending on number of players
- If a goal is scored or a shot is missed, the striking player must retrieve the ball and place it on top of the red cone before resuming play.
- Whilst the player is retrieving the ball the game continues in an overload situation (3vs2)
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Pressure, Cover in 3vs2 siutations
- Speed of tranistion from attack to defense
- Do the attacking players make the most of the overloads.
Regressions/Progressions:
- R: No one has to retrieve a ball
- P: Every player on the team must score to win the game

Intro: Recovery Defending
Organization:
- 2 tall cones
- 2 areas both sized 28x24
Instructions:
- Player in blue dribbles at speed to the blue cone ahead. Whwn they reach the cone they must play a pass to the red player.
- When the red player receives the ball they must attempt to get to the blue cone ahead of them before the blue defender can recover back to their cone.
- Once the red player reaches the blue cone they repeat the process by passing to the next blue player in line.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Speed of recovery
- Quality of pass
- Cotnrol on the dribble
Regressions/Progressions:
- P: Teams switch to the other field so they can attempt to play passes with another foot
- R: Distance of cones be changed based on ability/sucess rate
