Players in groups of 4 on a 15x15 square, wih 1 cone in the center. Play begins by players passing the ball and moving to a empty cone. Players continuosly pass and move to the free cone.

- on 1st touch change the direction of the ball
- receive with open body shape
- If on middle cone recieve on the back foot and turn out.
