Set Up: 5 lanes 15 yards long ,even teams 2 or 3 each

Instructions: seperate teams each player has to dribble between cones and perform turn coach specified ie u turn ,outside cut inside cut ,step on and then perform 8 BM moves eg:slides,scissors,toe taps,take and dribble back then next player goes ,last team must do sit ups etc. progression add a stop start move in the middle ie pull push ,high wave, maradonna,

Coaching Points: speed is now a factor so proper technique doing the moves helps get an extra yard
