Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition) Beginning with a central rondo players must complete a set number of passes before playing into a wide unopposed area. They then make various runs into the box looking to score on the crossed delivery against 2 waiting and the trailing defender from the rondo.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): Players must keep the ball moving with one or two touches until coach blows whistle or commands then ball is played out wide into a channel (preferably the way they're facing) for an unopposed cross into the box. Opposite wide player and central players make runs into the box looking to finish.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets: Alter the types of delivery and runs into the box, looking for various targets and types of finishes.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): Add a defender to the rondo. Must now complete set number of passes before finding way out into the wide channels. Add 2 defenders in the box to challenge crosses and finishes.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): Simple passing pattern to lead wide players into channels and encourage changing point of attack before delivering a crossed ball into the box for an uncontested finish. After a time the play changes directions to deliver from the other side of the pitch.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets: Focus on proper weight and angle of pass to encourage forward runs. First touch in proper direction to set up delivery or change of direction.
