One of the blue defenders passes the ball into the red attackers before coming out to press and defend. Passes come in from either side so the attackers gain experience of defenders pressing from both sides of their body. Rotate teams after 4-5mins. The teams with the most points at the end of the 2 rounds win  Attackers get 1 point for a goal, defenders get 2 points if they win it and score in the mini goals.

Teams can score in the larger middle goals in the central area or the mini goals in the wide channels. Goals in the mini goals count for 2 and the big goals count as 1.
